SDS-TRIS(77-86-1)-boronic acid as a buffer solution

The five kinds of materials were separated in 26 min by using 60 mmol·L-1SDS-30 mmol·L-1 TRIS(77-86-1)-10 mmol·L-1 boric acid as the buffer solution and uncoated elastic quartz capillary as the separation channel. The detection limits of each component were 0.30, 0.90, 3.0, 5.0 and 6.0 μg · mL-1, respectively. The recoveries of the samples were between 93% and 108%.

The separation of three kinds of microemulsion capillary electrophoresis was compared, and the separation of the three samples for the actual samples was investigated. One of the best methods for the separation of the samples was selected to analyze the effects of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid, salvianolic acid B, tanshinone Ⅱ A four active ingredients. The method uses uncoated elastic quartz capillary (75μm × 60cm) as the separation channel, the electrophoresis buffer is 50mmol·L-1SDS-60mmol·L-1Tris(77-86-1) (containing 8.3% n-butanol, 1.3% n-hexane and 15% acetonitrile, PH = 8.8). The detection limits of the four components were 1.5, 0.50, 2.0 and 1.0 μg · mL-1, respectively. The recoveries of the samples were between 92% and 104%. 

A microemulsion capillary electrophoresis was used to detect the contents of the cells in the treatment of Tizhenning Capsules by using 40 mmol·L-1SDS-10 mmol·L-1 borax (containing 1.3% trichloromethane, 10% methanol, pH 9.2) of citraconazole, 5-O-methylvisimidol glycosides, emodin and rhein. The effects of different carbon chain alcohols as a cosurfactant on the separation were also investigated.
