Luterol-Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate(SDS, 151-21-3)-layered bimetallic hydroxide nanocomposites were prepared by secondary assembly method

The luterol-Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate(SDS, 151-21-3)-layered bimetallic hydroxide nanocomposites were prepared by secondary assembly method and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and TEM. The drug loading was 10.1% Studies on drug release kinetics in media at pH 4.8 and 7.2 indicate that the prepared desmethylsilate-SDS-LDHs nanocomposites have a significant sustained release effect and are a novel drug-controlled release system with development potential at pH = 7.2 The release rate of the buffer solution was significantly lower than that of pH = 4.8, and the kinetic process was in accordance with the quasi - second order kinetic equation.
