TRIS(cas 77-86-1)-HCl buffer solution instead of distilled water

The TTA solution of PTA-MgCl2 was simplified by adding 10 ml of TRIS(cas 77-86-1)-HCl buffer solution instead of distilled water, and 0.7 mL of TRIS(cas 77-86-1) solution with concentration of 0.050 mol /L was added. The linear regression equation was A = 0.0283c + 0.1135, the correlation coefficient R = 0.9904, and the relative error of the measurement was less than 5%. The improved method was used for the linear regression equation of TA1031 solution, TAI031 concentration was 0 ~ 36 mg /L, The linear range of the demulsifier LE-28E and the demulsifier CZ was 0 ~ 40 mg /L and 0 ~ 45 mg /L, respectively, and the correlation coefficients were 0.9953 and 0.9929, respectively.

The method of spectrophotometric determination of TA1031 in non-ionic polyether demulsifier for oilfield wastewater was established by using ternary complex principle of phosphotungstic acid (PTA) -MgCl2-demulsifier. The optimum conditions were as follows: the wavelength was 480 nm, 10% MgCl2 solution 0.4 mL, 10% PTA 1 mL, 5% hydroquinone sulfuric acid solution 3 mL, the pH value of the solution is 2.0, the reaction rest time is 5 min. When the mass concentration of TA1031 is in the range of 0 ~ 30 mg /L, The linear regression equation is: A = 0.0378c + 0.0083, the correlation coefficient R = 0.9912.
