Inoculation of porcine pepsin debride process by guanidine hydrochloride(cas 50-01-1)

The residual activity of porcine pepsin and bovine serum albumin induced by denaturant was determined by UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The porcine pepsin and bovine serum albumin were described quantitatively according to their two characteristic parameters. The results showed that when the concentration of guanidine hydrochloride(cas 50-01-1) was about 1.5 mol / L, the concentration of paclitaxel in the solution was about 12% %; In urea-induced bovine serum albumin "tristate" to the folding process, when the urea concentration of about 2.0 mol / L, the folded intermediate state concentration reached the maximum, accounting for about 41% of total bovine serum albumin in the solution; The first and second folded intermediate concentrations were maximized when the concentration of guanidine hydrochloride(cas 50-01-1) was about 0.4 mol / L and 1.2 mol / L in guanidine hydrochloride-induced bovine serum albumin "four-state".
