TRIS(77-86-1), potassium carbonate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials

The present invention relates to an ion crystal-type visible light catalyst based on Dawson type polytotungstic acid salt and W / Ni nucleus metal cluster and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts six kinds of tungsten phosphate, nickel Salt, TRIS(77-86-1), potassium carbonate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, prepared by hydrothermal method. The invention can be used for the degradation of methylene blue and organic dyes with the same chromogenic groups, and the decolorization rate of methylene blue can reach 97.8%. The material has obvious absorption in the visible region, which can make up the shortcomings of the general polyacid photocatalyst only show the catalytic activity under the ultraviolet light irradiation. At the same time, it is difficult to dissolve in water, which overcomes the shortcomings of polyacid photocatalyst dissolving in polar solvent and difficult to recover. Therefore, it has important application prospect in the treatment of industrial dye wastewater.
