Electrophoretic liquid: TRIS(cas 77-86-1)

The detection wavelength, electrophoresis temperature, separation voltage and electrolyte composition of PO_4 ~ (3-) in the rhizosphere soil solution were selected by indirect ultraviolet absorption method with capillary zone electrophoresis. The PO_4 ~ (3-) concentration of capillary electrophoresis was analysis.

The electrophoretic conditions after the selection were as follows: the electrolyte was 32 mmol / L TRIS(cas 77-86-1) +4 mmol /L, trimellitic acid + 0.3 mmol / L cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (pH The results show that the detection wavelength is 205 nm, the separation voltage is -20 kV and the temperature is 25 ℃. The method can effectively shield the contents of cl ~ -, SO_4 ~ (2-) and NO_3 ~ - plasma in PO_4 ~. The detection limit of PO_4 ~ (3-) in the rhizosphere soil solution was 0.68 mg / L (S / N = 3), and the recovery was 87.2% ~ 99.4%, which was suitable for the determination of trace root. The concentration of PO_4 ~ (3-) in the soil sample was determined by the method of capillary electrophoresis. The optimum conditions were as follows: the electrolyte was 32 mmol / L TRIS(cas 77-86-1) +4 mmol / L, Benzene acid +0.3 mmol / L cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (pH = 8.5). The detection wavelength was 205 nm, the separation voltage was -20 kV and the temperature was 25 ℃.
