The tea polyphenols were transferred to the polymer phase and TRIS(cas 77-86-1) was added

The use of water-soluble polymer aqueous solution in the presence of inorganic salts can be divided into two phases of the characteristics of the tea polyphenols transferred to the polymer phase, adding TRIS(cas 77-86-1), adjust the solution pH8, ferrous tartrate as a color reagent, and the content of tea polyphenols in tea beverages was determined by spectrophotometry.

The results showed that tea polyphenols had a good linear relationship with the concentration range of 0.004 ~ 0.4mmol · L-1. The correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9999, the recoveries 92.4% ~ 103.5%, the method of detection fast, accurate, non-toxic, and easy to operate.
