MOPS(cas 1132-61-2) is used to determine the genome experiment of Phyllostachys pubescens

The leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens were not developed. In the presence of 750 mL of chopingbuffer (containing 44.8 mmol.L-1 MgCl2, 46 mmol.L-1 citric acid, 20 mmol.L-1(pH 7.2) MOPS(cas 1132-61-2), 0.1% Triton X-100, 50 μg.mL-1 RNase A)
Petri dish, with a sharp blade to be chopped, with 300 mesh nylon mesh filter, the filtrate and then 600 mesh nylon mesh to obtain the nuclear suspension, placed on the ice spare. The same method was used to obtain the nuclear suspension of rice and placed on ice.
250 mL of bacterial suspension of bamboo and 250 mL of rice cell suspension were mixed to obtain a mixed cell suspension and placed on ice.
The determination of the genome size of Phyllostachys pubescens is not only important for the study of cytogenetics of the species itself, but also provides an indispensable basic information for plant genomics and its evolutionary research.
