0.01 mol /L Hepes(7365-45-9)

At the pH 7.4, 0.01 mol / L Hepes(7365-45-9), terbium (III) binds to N, N'-bis (2-hydroxybenzyl) ethylenediamine-N, N'-diacetic acid (HBED) and exchanges with each other (III) fluorescence was increased by 10 to 4 times. The stability constant of Tb-HBED complex was determined by monitoring the fluorescence intensity of terbium (III) 545nm. The stability constant of Tb-HBED complex was lgK = 14.30 ± 0.49; ligand in Tb-HBED complex, and the fluorescence intensity of terbium (III) decreases with the increase of temperature. The fluorescence intensity of the protein in Tb_N-apoTf-Tb_C complex decreases with the increase of temperature, and the fluorescence intensity of the terbium (III) of the energy receptor decreases with the increase of the temperature at pH 7.4 and 0.01mol / L Hepes(7365-45-9). The increase of the average energy transfer efficiency (AE) increased by 29% when the temperature increased from 0 ℃ to 55 ℃, and the concentration of the donor was higher than that of the control. The ratio of Tb_N-apoTf-Tb_C complex is caused by the change of temperature. The binding temperature of Tb_N-apoTf-Tb_C complex is reduced by the combination of terbium (III) and human serum defluorinated transferrin.
