Activated MES(4432-31-9) buffer

Activated carboxylate beads with activated MES(4432-31-9) buffer at pH 4.5, 9.8 μg of fetal globulin per 9 hours of incubation at 9 h, PBS (phosphate buffer) pH 4.5. The solution can bind 9.25 μg of fetal globulin per milliliter. The results showed that two kinds of bio-magnetic beads had enrichment effect on H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus, and two kinds of bio-beads were used to enrich the allantoic fluid of H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus.

Biomagnetic beads were studied in this paper. The sensitivity, adsorption and release characteristics and bioactivity of the biodegradable H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus were studied. And the enrichment of avian influenza virus in the H1N1 subtype avian influenza virus, the enrichment of H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus in the sludge and air samples were studied. The results showed that the methylated biomagnetic beads were enrolled to detect 108 times the dilution of H5N1 virus, and the carboxylated biomoleble could be enriched to detect 1015 times of H5N1 virus dilution. The prepared bio-magnetic beads had no effect on Newcastle disease virus Enrichment, and the H1N1 subtype avian influenza virus also has a rich role; enrichment of avian influenza virus bio-magnetic beads can be enriched virus released at 37 ℃, and the release of the virus still has hemagglutination activity; biological beads can also enrich the sludge and air in the avian influenza virus.
