DMF-HEPES(cas 7365-45-9) buffer

A phosphorescent iridium (III) complex which can be used for the detection of hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite, which is of the formula C34H27F6 IrN5OP synthesized by liquid phase reaction in an organic solvent. The compound has a selective recognition function for hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite, which is reacted with hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite in DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) -HEPES(cas 7365-45-9)  buffer(pH = 7.2, v / v = 4: 1) at room temperature can increase the phosphorescence intensity by 31 times. After the test paper, the lowest concentration of hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite in the aqueous solution is 1ppm, which is suitable for the qualitative identification and phosphorescence detection of hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite in natural water.

The binding properties of ovalbumin (Ova) and Tb3 + were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy at room temperature, pH = 7.4, 10 mmol /L HEPES(cas 7365-45-9) buffer solution. The effect of Ca2 + and Tb3 + on the stability of Ova was analyzed by chemical denaturation experiment. The results showed that Ova could form Tb3 + with Tb3 + 1: 2 complex, the combination of Tb3 + increases the exposure of the hydrophobic region and increases the fluorescence of the TNS. The folding curve of the Ova exhibits a three-state change (N (=) I (=) U). Tb3 + has an effect on both the N (=) I and I (=) U unfolding processes.
