Electrophoresis buffer: MES(4432-31-9)

In the polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) microchannels with MES(4432-31-9), the neurotransmitters dopamine and epinephrine were isolated and determined by column-amperometric detection. In the experiment, the parameters such as separation voltage, detection potential and additive concentration were discussed and optimized. The results showed that the modified channels reduced the adsorption of the analytes and effectively improved the separation. The detection limits of dopamine and adrenaline were 2.0μmol /L and 3.7μmol /L, respectively.

Establishment of Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (CZE) Isolation and Analysis of Recombinant Human Calcium Phosphatase B Subunit. Methods: Capillary zone electrophoresis separation mode was used. Uncoated fused silica capillary 50μm × 57 cm was used. Electrophoresis buffer: 0.2 mol·L-1 MES(4432-31-9) - 0.05 mol·L-1 Citrate (5: 5: 1, pH 2.5); separation voltage: 15 kV; column temperature: 25 ℃; pressure injection 5s; detection wavelength: 214 nm, for purity analysis. Results: The established CZE assay was able to effectively separate the recombinant human calcineurin B subunit from unknown impurities. The RSD of the migration time and peak area of the main peak were 0.31% and 1.5%, respectively. 

Conclusion: The established capillary zone electrophoresis method can be used to analyze the purity of recombinant human calcine phosphobacillin B subunit, which has the advantages of high efficiency, rapidity and simplicity, and low consumption of samples and reagents.
